Ethics Statement

Laser Technology follows the recognized publishingethics. This magazine firmly opposes any form of plagiarism. Authors who submitcontributions to this journal must confirm the originality of the content oftheir contributions. In addition, they should ensure that their articles arenot published in any language in whole or in part in other places, nor are theyreviewed in any place for the purpose of publication.

 

1.Responsibilities of journals

 

This journalhas always made clear its original mission and its own functional orientation,and assumed the responsibility and obligation of leading, checking,disseminating and serving the development of science and technology. It hasalways adhered to the correct direction of running the journal, improved thequality of running the journal, strengthened the service awareness, and put anend to the relationship between human relations and manuscripts. Allmanuscripts have strictly implemented the system of three reviews and threeproofreading, to ensure that the content of the manuscript is novel, true andreliable, and to prevent fraud and plagiarism from publishing articles. We haveestablished strict and systematic review principles, open and transparentencouragement and punishment measures, and done a good job of gatekeeper ofscientific research output to ensure the sustainable development of science andtechnology in China.

 

2. Editor'sresponsibility

 

Editorsshould be responsible for journals and strive to: continuously improve thequality of journals to meet the needs of readers and authors; Support academicdebate; Keep the integrity of research records; Prevent business needs that donot meet the knowledge standards; Be willing to publish correction notice,clarification notice, article cancellation or apology when necessary. Bewilling to help readers communicate with the author. Timely feedback thecomments of the review experts and the revision opinions meeting the editingstandards to the author. Respect the opinions of the review experts, andprotect the author's creative enthusiasm. When the author and the reviewexperts have major differences, ask more than one expert to review.

 

3.Responsibility of the author

 

(1) Theauthor's contribution must be an original work, not published in any form,without plagiarism; The data in the article is true, reliable and notdeceptive; In case of any error, withdraw the article or propose correction intime; References should be indicated when quoting opinions; It is forbidden tosubmit more than one draft; The author of the article must contribute to theresearch.

 

(2) Thepublication of the article is approved by all authors, and approved by theperson in charge of the research site by default or explicitly.

 

(3) Theauthor should only be limited to those who have made significant contributionsto the concept, design, implementation or interpretation of the reportedresearch. Once the manuscript is employed, the author list will not be changedin principle. If it is really necessary to change under special circumstances,such as changing the order of authors, or adding/deleting authors, a paperexplanation letter signed by each author must be issued. The correspondingauthor must confirm that he (or she) has fully obtained the research data andis willing to submit it for publication. In case of an author's identitydispute before publication, the process shall be suspended immediately untilthe dispute is resolved. Individuals who make direct contributions to the workbut do not meet the criteria of becoming authors should indicate theircontributions, including their roles, affiliations and work interests, in theacknowledgement section of the manuscript.

 

(4) After thearticle is employed, all authors shall transfer the copyright of the article,including the copyright of printed and online versions (digital outputcopyright) to the publisher. All authors must sign a copyright transferagreement before the article is published. The editorial department will notifythe corresponding author to return the copyright transfer agreement beforeissuing the employment notice.

 

4.Responsibilities of review experts

 

Ensurescientific and accurate review of manuscripts and make objective and fairevaluation. The contents of the review shall be strictly confidential and theauthor's research results shall be respected. Avoid manuscripts with interestrelations.

 

(1) Thereview experts should adhere to the principles of fairness, impartiality,confidentiality and timeliness, and use their professional knowledge andability to review the innovative, scientific and practical nature of themanuscript; Give a fair evaluation on whether the research method isappropriate, whether the scientific research design is reasonable, whether theresults and conclusions are accurate, and whether there are leaks, so as tohelp editors judge the selection of manuscripts; Put forward detailed revisionsuggestions for the problems existing in the article to help the author improvethe quality of the paper.

 

(2) Themanuscript reviewed will only be evaluated in terms of academic nature, withoutpersonal evaluation and personal attack. The selection of manuscripts is notaffected by the race, sex, religion, belief, status, seniority and authority ofthe contributors, and their views must be clearly stated with sufficientarguments and facts.

 

(3) Fill inthe review comments on the reviewed manuscript on time and feed back to theeditorial department within the specified time. If it cannot be completed ontime, it shall explain the situation and return the manuscript. Reviewers canbe recommended. Without the approval of the editorial department, the reviewersshall not entrust their own students and colleagues to review the manuscript.

 

(4) Allreview opinions and information must be kept confidential, and shall not beused for personal purposes. They shall not be circulated and discussed toothers. They shall not use and publish the data, opinions and conclusions ofthe reviewed manuscript. If they are to be used, they must be approved by theauthor.

 

5.Responsibilities of the publishing unit

 

LaserTechnology is sponsored by the Southwest Institute of Technical Physics. Thesponsor and publishing unit must abide by the ethical standards of academicpublishing and publish scientific papers accurately, timely and impartially.

 

Thepublishing unit cannot interfere with the editor's decision-making power.

 

For themanuscripts that have been employed, if any academic misconduct is found, thisjournal has the right to reject them; For published papers, if any academicmisconduct is found, the journal will withdraw the manuscript and publish awithdrawal statement.

 

All publishedcontents of journals are open access.

 

6. Conflictof interest

 

Consideringthe transparency of the article, in order to help readers make an appropriateevaluation of the article, the submitted documents must disclose allrelationships that may be considered as potential conflicts of interest.

 

If there isany actual or potential conflict of interest in the article in the next threeyears, all authors must disclose it after the original submission. The conflictof interest mentioned here includes any financial, personal or other relationshipwith other people or organizations that may improperly affect or be deemed toaffect their work.

 

Whenreviewing the manuscript, the reviewer must also point out the possibleconflict of interest in the article.
